Jones Orchard management may refuse your admission if they see conduct that may lead to possible danger, injury to yourself, other guests or our staff.

By accepting this ticket, the Holder understands there is an inherent risk involved in being admitted into the haunts. The Holder assumes all risks and dangers associated with participating and entering the property of Festival of Fears. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Festival of Fear, the Holder further agrees to release the operator and affiliates from any liability, harm, injury, or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending any attraction at the Festival of Fear location.
